I have been practicing and teaching yoga for over six years. As a college athlete, I began taking yoga classes as a compliment to my sport, but I found myself coming back to class for yoga's ability to help me let go of my worries and relieve stress. I completed my 200 hour teacher training at Fresh Yoga, a donation-based and trauma-informed studio in New Haven, CT, with the hope that I would be able to share yoga's powerful gift with all those who need it. I recently completed an additional training focused on yoga nidra and restorative yoga at White Lotus Therapeutics in Denver, CO. My classes are often focused on rest and healing. I like to give students time to breathe, feel each of the poses, and be intentional with their flow. I incorporate breathwork and emphasize mindfulness in all of my classes.

The classes on the Well Recovered YouTube channel are designed to help athletes recover from the impact of training, prevent injuries, and improve performance. That being said, anyone is welcome to try the classes regardless of their athletic background!
